Rosemary Clausen Center
2020/2021 SEASON CANCELED
DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS

(June 8, 2020)

The Rosemary Clausen Center’s 2020-2021 Entertainment Series has been canceled in response to concerns regarding the global coronavirus pandemic.

Kathy Breyfogle, president of the Clausen Center management team explained, “There are still too many uncertainties for the days ahead of us. The safety of our patrons and performers is our chief concern, and we don’t want to compromise that in any way. Our response is similar to those of others in the entertainment business. Even Broadway has gone dark for now. We also needed to consider the well being of elementary and high school students and staff with whom we share the theater facility and common spaces.”

Breyfogle went on to say the Clausen Center’s goal now is to come back for 2021-2022 with a strong lineup of entertainment that will be worth the wait. “We appreciate the support and understanding of our patrons and potential new customers, and we urge them to join with us upon our return. Our mission is to present the best available professional entertainment at reasonable prices and close to home, and we remain committed to that.”

The Center’s office will continue to operate on a reduced level, and phone messages will be checked on an occasional basis. For more information, people may contact the team by phone at 712-368-4849, by email or regular mail at P.O.
